CarDoctorsOnline (and/or our affiliates) is not responsible for any rental reimbursement as a result of any delay in repairs, nor are we responsible to provide rental vehicles if the repairs are not completed before your rental coverage expires.
CarDoctorsOnline (and/or our affiliates ) is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, nor is it responsible for any pre-existing conditions to your vehicle
I hereby authorize CarDoctorsOnline, its affiliates and employees to perform the repair work referenced in the estimate(s) that it provided. I understand that some of the repairs made on my vehicle may be sublet to other facilities. Sometimes after work has started, additional or supplemental damage or broken parts may be discovered which are not evident upon the original inspection. I hereby authorize CarDoctorsOnline, our affiliates and its employees to perform any such work, up to a cost of 10% of the provided estimate, without further authorization. If additional work is required beyond 10% of the estimate provided, CarDoctorsOnline (or affiliates) will notify me for further authorization to perform that work, which may be provided verbally. I hereby grant CarDoctorsOnline, its affiliates and employees permission to operate the above-described vehicle on streets, highways or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.
